Reach12 gives service businesses an AI voice agent and one API for SMS and email, with a single opt-out list across every channel and contact hours built in.
היי דנה, כאן העוזרת הדיגיטלית של כהן אינסטלציה, AI. מתאים לך שנגיע ביום שלישי ב-10:00?Hi Dana, this is Cohen Plumbing's AI assistant. Does Tuesday at 10:00 work?
כן, מעולה. אפשר תזכורת בהודעה?Yes, great. Can I get a text reminder?
בטח, אשלח SMS יום לפני. יום טוב!Sure, I'll text you the day before. Have a good day!
One platform
Calls, texts and emails usually live in three tools that know nothing about each other. Reach12 sends them from one place, logs every message, checks one opt-out list before anything goes out, and keeps calls and marketing inside the hours a person may be contacted.
An agent that calls, confirms, follows up and answers, then hands you a transcript by speaker and the tasks it promised.
Texts go out under your own sender name through one API call, each one logged with its status.
Transactional mail from an address on your own verified domain, with every send recorded.
Every message, its status and why it failed or was held back, in one log you can page through over the API.
Someone says stop once, and every channel respects it. Per channel when they want that, or everything at once.
Each business gets a sender of its own, on the same rules as every other channel.
The voice agent
Most voice bots talk over people. Ours manages the conversation itself: it waits for the end of a thought, not just a pause, and gives way the moment the customer speaks.
Respectful by default
Reach12 knows when a person may be contacted. Calls and messages each keep their own hours, Friday closes early, and Shabbat and holidays stay quiet. Ask the API before you call, and a marketing message sent at the wrong hour is refused with the moment the window opens.
Calls 10:00 to 19:30 · Friday until 13:00 · never on Shabbat or holidays
One reply. Every channel respects it. Receipts and codes they asked for still arrive.
For developers
Keys that start with sd_test_ run the whole path, validation, caps, opt-outs and hours, and log the message, but never reach a carrier.

One list per account. A person can be removed from one channel or from all of them. Service and marketing messages respect it; a code or a receipt they asked for still goes.
